Real Schools

Hosted by Real Schools, valued partners in our ongoing journey to build a positive and supportive school culture for our students, staff, and wider community.

The session will be led by Brett Carr, an expert facilitator from Real Schools and former school principal, who brings a wealth of experience and insight. Brett will share key approaches that Real Schools uses to create a thriving school environment, including:

Restorative Practices: Shifting from punitive discipline to repairing relationships and resolving conflicts.
School Culture Partnership: Collaborative programs that enhance the overall school environment over three years.
Teacher & Leader Support: Professional development aimed at preventing burnout, restoring authority, and building student resilience.
Parent & Community Connection: Strengthening schools as relationship hubs to build trust and broad community support.
